"Accident at 2:30 p.m. in one town. Home in another town with all arrangements made for car repair, rental, exchange of information, wrapped and ready to get things rolling tomorrow—all by 6:30 PM. Sonny and Yolande and State Farm claims group along with the assistance of the repair facility, Caliper Collision Collision, made it all work smoothly.
I complain about rates all of the time, and I will probably continue to do that as we pay a lot for insurance and simply don’t file claims. However, it is great to know that when you have to file one, State Farm takes some of the pain away quickly."
