"Accident at 2:30 p.m. in one town. Home in another town with all arrangements made for car repair, rental, exchange of information, wrapped and ready to get things rolling tomorrow—all by 6:30 PM. Sonny and Yolande and State Farm claims group along with the assistance of the repair facility, Caliper Collision Collision, made it all work smoothly.
I complain about rates all of the time, and I will probably continue to do that as we pay a lot for insurance and simply don’t file claims. However, it is great to know that when you have to file one, State Farm takes some of the pain away quickly."

He treats the elderly wrong! My 83 yr mother has had State Farm insurance for like 40 years. She got diagnosed with cancer he knew that. She has made only 2 claims in the last 40 years. He would not fix her floor! He is all about the money not customers!"

"Mr. Batchelor had handled insurance for a nephew before his death in 2021and I had met him at that time. I called him for advice when I did not get response from my own agent. He took time to advise and help me get a claim settled. He spent much time with many phone calls and was very patient with me. He showed the concern that State Farm promises to all their policy holders. He is a dedicated agent and will always be there to help when needed. Therefore, I have chosen him as my State Farm agent. I trust him to do as he promises!"
